Tobacco Reclaiming Saw Blades For Cigarette Recycling Of Molins Hauni Cigarette Machines
Tobacco reclaimer saw blades are installed on a tobacco reclaiming machine and used to recycle tobacco shreds from unqualified cigarettes ( usually because of lower cigarette density level), so that to decrease tobacco waste. Common sizes we make is 125x35x0.45mm and 125x50x0.45mm, available from both tungsten carbide material and steel material. The cutting edge of the reclaimer saw blades are made strictly sharp to make sure it can cut open unqualified cigarettes easily and quickly to minimize human body intervention.
To prolong the working life of tobacco reclaiming blades to the most, we developed tungsten carbide version of this blade. Not only the life time is several dozens times longer than steel blades, the cutting edge is even sharper than steel blades, which provides clean cuts without obvious burrs, helps maintain the clean of the recycled tobacco shreds, decreases the difficulty in tobacco recycling and increases the recycling efficiency.
