Compared with brown grinding wheels made from brown corundum, our red grindstones made from chrome corundum have much longer working life and are not only suitable for resharpening the rotary blades for cutting tobacco leaf, but also good enough for rotary knives cutting tobacco leaf stem. We make different grinding stones of different shape and size for different tobacco cutter machines like Garbuio Dickinson Legg RC4, Hauni KT2 KT3 KT4 KT400 KT500 KTC80 KTH6 KTF6 KTF8, and Molins MK1, MK4, etc. They’re used for regrinding the tobacco leaf cutter machine rotary blades, which need to be remained highly sharp because it greatly influences the quality of cut tobacco. Nicely honed rotary blades reduce the level of dust generated in cutting tobacco shreds. We use chrome corundum material to make grinding wheels.

About Packing:

Four pieces of abrasive wheels are placed in a carton box which is laid with pearl cotton to separate one grinding wheel from another. This insures the grinding wheels unharmed during international shipping. A pack of such grinding wheels weigh around 14KGs.

A: For stocked blades, it only needs one day to send your sample. For customized blade drawing, it may be within 15-30 days.

A: It depends on the complexity of the blade, or the quantity you ordered.
If it is our standard project, we will only need 2-3 business days to send out your goods.
If you have an urgent deadline, we will see what we can do.
