Product introduction:
The FWCS-I Filter Rod Coordinate Sampling System applies to automatic sampling in the form of plastic turnover box storage on the filter rod curing rack. The device is used to test the physical parameters of the filter rod which is cured and prepared for the cigarette rolling and monitor the product quality. It grabs and delivers the filter rod to the comprehensive test bench by pneumatic conveying for measurement. This is an effective sampling and testing way for quality inspection.

Performance and features:
- The filter rod turnover box is accurately positioned by adopting the three-coordinate moving mode, and the samples of each box of filter rods are randomly grabbed.
- The sampling device conveys the filter rod to the sample receiving end of the testing equipment (comprehensive test bench) through the valve terminal control system, and the receiving end adopts the reverse buffer airflow system to receive the filter rod, so as to avoid the damage and deformation of the sample end surface.
- It adopts the Windows operating system, Chinese graphical interface, and touch screen, easy to use and fast to master.
- The programmable logic control (PLC) is adopted to constitute the control system, so as to ensure the mechanical action accurate, reliable and in real time.
- The total sampling quantity, sampling quantity per box and frequency can be set by user.
- The sampling head is designed with anti-collision device to prevent it from knocking over the turnover box.
